We only accept returns in cases where an item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Returns

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Clear photo or video proof of the damage is required. 

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • No refunds are offered.

  • Approved cases will receive a replacement or store credit only, at our discretion.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling

  • Late claims beyond 48 hours

  • Customized or personalized items (unless damaged on arrival)
