What is Videyti’s Shipping Policy?
At Videyti, we strive to deliver your orders in excellent condition and within the fastest possible time. Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the delivery location and courier partner availability.
To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please make sure of the following while entering your shipping details:

Important Note:
All Videyti orders are securely packed and sealed before dispatch. However, parcels pass through multiple handling stages at the courier company’s end. We strongly advise customers not to accept damaged shipments, as accepting them may make it difficult to process claims for missing or damaged items.
Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders of ₹499 or above.

A flat ₹60 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹499.

Shipping charges remain the same regardless of order size.

Each order can be shipped to one shipping address only. To deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can track your order by visiting the “My Orders” section under My Account on the Videyti website. Tracking details will be updated once your order is dispatched.
How are Videyti orders delivered?
All orders placed on Videyti are shipped through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, XpressBees, Speed Post, or other reliable logistics providers.
Does Videyti deliver products outside India?
No. Currently, Videyti delivers only within India.
Cancellation & Modifications
What is Videyti’s Cancellation Policy?
We make every effort to fulfill all confirmed orders. However, certain orders may be cancelled due to:

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

When will I receive my refund?
For all prepaid orders made via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallets, refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 7–10 business days from the date of order cancellation.
