VIDEYTI currently ships orders within India only. We do not offer international shipping.

• Order Processing: Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

• Estimated Delivery: Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.

• Delivery Delays: Unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions may occasionally affect delivery timelines.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

2. Shipping Charges

VIDEYTI offers the following shipping rates:

• Free Shipping: On orders of ₹499 or above.

• Standard Shipping: A flat shipping charge of ₹55 applies to orders below ₹499.

The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

The free-shipping threshold is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping charges. Any applicable taxes will be displayed in the order summary.

Each order can be shipped to one delivery address only. To ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

3. Shipping Address & Contact Details

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete, including:

• House or flat number, floor, street name, locality, and a nearby landmark.

• Correct city, state, and PIN code.

• A valid mobile number for delivery-related communication.

Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Delivery timelines and serviceability may vary depending on the destination PIN code and local logistics conditions.

If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or encounters another delivery-related issue, please contact us so we can coordinate with Delhivery to investigate and assist you.

6. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

All orders are securely packed before dispatch. However, parcels may pass through multiple handling stages during transit.

If your parcel appears visibly damaged or tampered with upon delivery, we recommend refusing acceptance where practical and notifying us immediately.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, or your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible.
